1. General Terms

We are a licensed and insured private transport company based in Ireland. By placing a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We aim to provide safe, punctual, and comfortable service to every client.

2. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings are confirmed via WhatsApp or email.
  • We reserve the right to request advance payment depending on the route.
  • A booking is only confirmed after our official confirmation message.

Prepayment requirements:

  • Airport pickups – full prepayment
  • From Dublin to the airport – 50% prepayment
  • Intercity routes – full or partial prepayment as agreed

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations up to 24 hours before pickup – full refund.
  • Less than 24 hours – partial or no refund.
  • No-show during waiting time – trip is marked completed, payment is non-refundable.

4. Waiting Time

  • Airport pickups: 45 minutes of free waiting after landing or agreed time.
  • Hotel/home pickups: 15 minutes of free waiting.
  • After this time, the driver may leave and the trip is closed without refund.

5. Booking Changes

You may request to change time, date, or address at least 12 hours in advance. On the day of travel, changes are subject to availability and may require a fee.

6. Passengers & Luggage

  • You must inform us in advance of the number of passengers and luggage volume.
  • We may change vehicle type or offer a fee if capacity is exceeded.
  • Large or unusual items must be declared in advance.

7. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must treat the driver and vehicle with respect. Aggressive behavior, severe contamination, or inappropriate actions may result in immediate termination of the trip without refund.

8. Child Seats

In Ireland, child seats are not legally required in taxis. However, we recommend them for intercity trips. We can provide a seat upon request – please notify us in advance with the child’s age.

9. Delays & Responsibility

We monitor flights and aim to accommodate delays. However, we are not responsible for missed flights caused by inaccurate client info, traffic, or force majeure.

10. Disclaimer

We are not liable for events outside our control such as road closures, severe weather, or airport operations.

11. Privacy Policy

We do not share your personal data with third parties. All information sent via WhatsApp or email remains confidential.
