We keep things simple. No forms, no apps — just message us directly via WhatsApp.
You can message us in any language — we’ll translate it and respond clearly.
What to include in your message:
- ☘️ Pickup and drop-off location
- ☘️ Date and time
- ☘️ Number of passengers
- ☘️ Amount of luggage — small and large
- ☘️ Are you checking bags or carry-on only?
- ☘️ Flight number and departure city (if arriving)
- ☘️ Name to display on the welcome sign
- ☘️ Need a child seat or wheelchair-accessible vehicle?
This helps us select the right vehicle — a minivan for your group or a private car for individuals.
Example message:
Hello! We’re flying from Paris on July 15. Flight number: FR1456.
Arrival time: 17:30 at Terminal 2. 3 people, 2 suitcases + hand luggage.
Destination: Cork. Name on the sign: Anna Petrova.
Arrival procedure:
We monitor your flight and baggage updates. After collecting your luggage, just message us. Your driver will meet you inside the terminal within 10 minutes, holding a name sign.

Want to set your own meeting time?
You’re welcome to choose a custom meeting time — giving yourself extra room for passport control, baggage, or a break. Your driver will arrive at the agreed time.
No rush. No time pressure.
Standard waiting time:
We include 45 minutes of free waiting from the moment your plane arrives at the gate. We understand delays — and we’re flexible.
Heading to the airport?
Dublin traffic can be busy, especially in the mornings and evenings. Please plan ahead and allow 15–30 extra minutes to ensure you arrive on time and stress-free.
Payment & booking terms
To confirm your booking and reserve your driver, some trips require advance payment:
- ☘️ Airport pickups — full prepayment
- ☘️ From Dublin to the airport — 50% prepayment
- ☘️ Long-distance transfers from the airport — full prepayment
- ☘️ From Dublin to other cities — as agreed in advance
Once confirmed, you’ll receive clear instructions and (if needed) a secure payment link via WhatsApp.
